Return and Refund Policy

At Orderly Affairs, our goal is to make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returns, shipping issues, and what to expect if something goes wrong. Your satisfaction is what we strive for.


🔁 Returns

If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement part or product right away.

📧 Email: support@orderly-affairs.com with your order number and photos (if possible).

  • If you’d like to return your kit for any other reason, just contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll send you a short form and return instructions.

Return Requirements:

  • You must email us within 7 days of delivery, and send the product back within another 7 days.
  • Items must be returned with the original file and folder packing seals intact and in good condition.
  • If folders, checklists, or the box are damaged or opened, up to $50 per item may be deducted from your refund.
  • Please do not refuse delivery or “return to sender.” These are not accepted and incur carrier fees that we cannot absorb.
  • Outbound shipping costs (even if shipping was free) will be deducted from the refund.


🚚 Shipping, Coupons, & Other Policies

We do our best to get your order right and deliver it quickly. Here’s what else you should know:

  • If we made a mistake, rest assured, we’ll make it right.
  • If your box is lost in transit, we’ll work with you and the carrier to track it down.
  • If an error was due to incorrect address entry, package theft, or delivery issues outside our control, we may not be able to replace the item.


Coupons:

  • Promo codes are only valid during active promotions. We don’t offer price adjustments.
  • Be sure to enter any discount codes at checkout. We can’t retroactively apply or refund discounts.


Duplicate Orders or Cancellations:

If you accidentally place a duplicate order or need to cancel, contact us immediately. We will cancel the order if it hasn't shipped yet. If it has already shipped, please follow our return policy.


Damaged Packages:

  • If your box arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. Keep all original packaging so we can file a claim if needed. We’ll replace the item as soon as possible.
