The inspiration for Orderly Affairs was born from a deeply personal experience. One of our founders lost a close family member and witnessed firsthand the overwhelming chaos that followed. Loved ones were left scrambling through piles of paperwork, hunting for critical documents like wills and medical directives, struggling to access digital accounts, and trying to piece together personal wishes that had never been clearly communicated.

Hours turned into days as family members tried to manage everything from financial accounts to funeral arrangements—all while coping with grief and loss. It was clear that something was missing: a straightforward system to organize these essential details in advance of the moment of need.

That’s why we created Orderly Affairs.
